1.	Access to the site is open to anyone but voting, posting of comments, recording of songs and uploading songs/entries are limited to members only. Therefore, anyone who wishes to record and post his/her song/s online, or who wish to vote for his/her favorite entries or comment on any recorded song, must register first.
	2.	MEMBERS AGREE TO BE GOVERNED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE REGISTRATION PORTION OF THE SITE. THE SITE ADMIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE OR BAN FROM THE SITE ITEMS DEEMED OBJECTIONABLE. THE SITE ADMIN ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BAN FROM THE SITE EITHER TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY USERS WHO VIOLATE THE SITE'S TERMS AND CONDITION OF USE.
	3.	For those who wish to join the contest must provide authentic information, such as their real name, working email address, a photo, date of birth, and their contact numbers (either mobile phone number or a landline), for verification purposes should they be qualified to join the contest.
	4.	When saving their songs, members must type their names/user names followed by the title of the song.
		Ex: Jackie Dela Cruz – SAY THAT YOU LOVE ME
	5.	Home Radioke entries will be evaluated by the Home Radio web team and chosen entries will qualify to be the one of the chosen entries of the week, which will be voted for by the public as ENTRY OF THE WEEK.
	6.	Voting for a song/songs in the site can be either via the website (membership required).
	7.	Votes for the songs chosen as HOME RADIOKE ENTRIES will be tallied as follows:
		a. 10% from Home Radio web team b. 90% from web votes
	8.	Employees of Aliw Broadcasting Corporation, employees of the sponsors of the website and HOME RADIOKE, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the contest.
	9.	Prizes for the 2 chosen winners are Php 2,500 each.
